Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return, replacement, or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The return request is submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included

Damaged or Defective Items (Full Refund / Replacement)

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement (subject to availability).

Please contact us within 48 hours of order delivery and share your order number along with clear photos or videos of the damaged item.

Return Timeframe

  • All return or refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for return or refund

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
  • Refunds may take 7–10 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
  • Products returned without original packaging or after 48 hours
  • Customized or special-order jewelry (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by Rabi Jewels
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping charges may apply
